Equipment maintenance of water screen movie
1. Provide professional training for the maintenance personnel, and electrical equipment maintenance personnel also need to hold a professional certificate.
2. The maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment should be carried out under the condition of cutting off the power supply. If live operation is required under special circumstances, safety measures should be taken, and important parts should be supervised by special personnel.
3. The underwater light should be checked monthly, and the loose screws should be tightened to avoid short circuit failure caused by water in the light body.
4. The standby equipment should be started up and running regularly (change every day for high frequency of use, and change once for low frequency of use) to prevent equipment performance degradation.
5. The suction port of the water pump should be cleaned monthly to prevent dirt from blocking the suction port, reducing work efficiency and even causing equipment damage

When replacing the solenoid valve diaphragm, clean up all objects falling off the pipeline, and tighten the screws in diagonal order.
9. In order to ensure that the water screen film pattern is beautiful and consistent, the nozzles with varying angles should be reset at any time. It is forbidden to knock with sharp objects when resetting to prevent damage to the nozzles.
